The Asset Vault
Every company has a "back office." The Vault is your digitized backend, keeping track of costs, accounts, and vital brand assets.
Tracking Burn Rate
Add your monthly SaaS costs (Vercel, OpenAI, AWS) to the Assets tab. MVPurr calculates your Total Monthly Burn automatically in the header, helping you keep track of your runway.
Brand & Design Assets
The Vault stores links to your Figma files, logo variations, and brand guides. By centralizing these, you ensure that every collaborator is using the correct assets.
Document Management
Beyond simple notes, the Documents view allows you to:
- Keep high-fidelity PRDs
- Download as README.md: Instantly export any doc to markdown for your GitHub repository.
- Manage technical specs and API definitions.
Security
All asset descriptions and metadata are encrypted. Direct file storage is handled via secure S3 buckets or integrated provider links.
