Terms of service

1. Early-access service

MVPurr provides an early-access software-factory control plane. Features may change, be incomplete, or become unavailable while the product is being developed. The current service records projects and run requests; automated code execution is not yet generally available.

2. Your responsibilities

You must use the service lawfully, protect access to your GitHub account, and avoid submitting secrets, malicious instructions, regulated data, or content you do not have the right to use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of project briefs and other content you submit. You give MVPurr the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate and improve the service.

4. Generated output

Future AI-generated plans or code may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, licensing, security, and deployment decisions before using generated output in production.

5. Availability and warranties

The early-access service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Access

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or our infrastructure, or when these terms are violated.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top will identify the latest published version.
